I got the Advance Hosting Plan and transferred a .pk Domain Registration to Silkhost. The domain transfer itself went smoothly, quicker than I expected. The hosting setup was fine, performance is good for the price. My only gripe was that the initial email with login details got caught in my spam filter, so I had to contact support to get it resent. SilkHost is generally more affordable, especially for local payments. GoDaddy can be pricier, and their local support isn't as good as SilkHost's, imo.

For .pk domains, it can take a bit longer, usually 24-48 hours since PKNIC has to process it. .coms are usually faster.
